2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
3.1 Available Plans
QuantusData™ offers the following subscription plans:
- The Gateway Plan — $9.99/month: Access to civic, faith, and financial intelligence tools including: End Times Prophecy Tracker, US Debt Clock & Golden Age Tracker, Monetary Reset Tracker, Media Bias Analyzer, Investment Analyzer, and Public Accountability Tool. Also includes access to the Quantus AI Android app. Available at quantusdata.ai.
- Basic Plan — $29/month: Access to all AI analysis tools with core analysis tabs. Premium features (Data Cleaning, Multi-Dataset Analysis, AI Chat, Visualizations, and Report Generation) are not included.
- Professional Plan — $79/month: Full access to all AI analysis tools and all premium features including Data Cleaning, Multi-Dataset Analysis, AI Chat, Visualizations, and Report Generation.
- Business Plan — $199/month: All Professional features plus white-label reports, data retention, priority AI processing, early access to new tools, monthly AI analytics report, and one custom-built AI analysis tool per year.
3.2 Billing & Payment
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
3.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at existentialgateway@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3.4 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
- All AI-generated outputs should be reviewed and verified by a qualified professional before being used in any business decision, legal proceeding, medical treatment, financial transaction, or other consequential action.
- QuantusData™ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content.
- You assume full responsibility for how you use AI-generated outputs.
5. Data Privacy & Uploaded Data
5.1 Your Data
When you upload data to the Platform, you retain ownership of that data. By uploading data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI analysis.
5.2 Prohibited Data
You must not upload any data containing personally identifiable information (PII) including but not limited to: full names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, financial account numbers, driver's license numbers, medical record numbers, or any other information that could identify a specific individual. By uploading data, you confirm that all PII has been removed.
5.3 Data Retention
Uploaded files are processed and not permanently stored beyond what is necessary to complete your requested analysis, except for Business Plan subscribers who have opted into the data retention feature. We do not sell, share, or use your uploaded data for any purpose other than providing the requested services.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Upload, process, or analyze data that you do not have the legal right to use.
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary algorithms.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without our written consent.
- Use the Platform to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm any person or entity.
- Attempt to circumvent any security measures, authentication systems, or access controls.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform without our prior written approval.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, designs, logos, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms on the Platform — including QuantusData™, Existential Gateway™, and associated branding — are the exclusive property of Existential Gateway, LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Platform without our express written permission. AI-generated analysis outputs are licensed to you for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
8. Business Plan — Custom Tool Terms
Business Plan subscribers are eligible to receive one (1) custom-built AI analysis tool per year of continuous subscription, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility for the custom AI tool begins after 3 consecutive months of active Business Plan subscription.
- Custom tool specifications must be submitted in writing to existentialgateway@gmail.com.
- Development timeline will be communicated upon receipt of specifications.
- Custom tools remain the intellectual property of Existential Gateway, LLC but are licensed exclusively to the subscriber during their active subscription.
- If the subscription is cancelled, access to the custom tool will be terminated.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXISTENTIAL GATEWAY, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Existential Gateway, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration
11.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at existentialgateway@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
11.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Texas, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND EXISTENTIAL GATEWAY, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
11.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Existential Gateway, LLC regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
