- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data.
- Uploaded Data: Files you upload to our AI analysis tools (CSV, Excel, PDF, JSON). You are required to remove all personally identifiable information before uploading.
- Communications: Messages you send us via email or through the "Report an Issue" feature.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, tools used, features accessed, and time spent on the platform.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Authentication Logs: Login timestamps and session information managed through Supabase.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect personally identifiable information from your uploaded datasets — our Terms explicitly prohibit uploading PII.
- We do not collect biometric data, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal information.
- We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising trackers.

4. Uploaded Data & AI Processing
Uploaded files are:
- Processed in real-time to generate your AI analysis.
- Temporarily stored only as long as necessary to complete your analysis.
- Not shared with any third parties except our AI processing providers (OpenAI) as required to generate your analysis.
- Retained for Business Plan subscribers who have enabled the data retention feature (last 10 analyses).

- Uploaded files: Deleted after analysis is complete, unless you are a Business Plan subscriber with data retention enabled.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
- Support communications: Retained for 2 years.
- Usage logs: Retained for 90 days.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Secure authentication via Supabase with magic link (passwordless) login.
- Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant).
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.
- Regular security monitoring of our server infrastructure.
While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights & Choices
8.1 Access & Correction
